The 154th Open will be played at our near neighbour, Royal Birkdale, from 12-19 July 2026.
While we are unique as the only ladies-only members' club in England, we are delighted to warmly welcome both ladies and gentlemen as visitors to enjoy our outstanding course during this special week.
Situated within the same magnificent parcel of land as Formby Golf Club, we are perfectly placed for morning or afternoon rounds coupled with time at Royal Birkdale.
Visitor Tee Time availability will be increased during the period of The 154th Open to accommodate guests from around the world.

First-class facilities and excellent catering await you. Enjoy a warm, welcoming atmosphere in our clubhouse before or after your round. Catering is available daily; bespoke arrangements outside normal hours may be arranged subject to advance notice for larger groups.
All practice facilities will be available to visitors prior to your round. Complimentary balls are provided to ensure you are fully prepared for the testing links-heathland challenge ahead.
Ranked 80th in the Golf World Top 100 Courses in England, every detail of your visit is managed to ensure a first-class experience. From arrival to departure, visitors are treated to a memorable day out. Bespoke arrangements can be organised in advance through the club.
